Refund & Return Policy

Return Window: 5 Days

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We offer refund/exchange within the first 5 days from the date of purchase. Requests beyond 5 days will not be offered a return or refund of any kind.

Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Item must be in original packaging.
Sale items may be exempted from returns/exchanges.
Replacements are only issued for items found defective or damaged upon inspection.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellations are considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order, provided shipping has not been initiated. Perishable items (flowers, food) are generally exempted from cancellation unless quality issues are proven.
